This practical and interactive workshop will draw from the collection of exercises that David developed which will have a quick and significant impact to breaking habits and self limiting patterns.

Most importantly, all exercises can be done in the normal day, so you do not need to take hours out of your day to do them. While brushing your teeth for example, the exercise is done simultaneously so you get those minutes of mediation when you brush.

We will go through several exercises and practice in the workshop as well as give you lots of tools to take home.
